COMMITMENT & LOGISTICS:
The prerequisites are listed above in this section above. There are always exceptions to the rule. The E-Book, "Stop Talking Start Asking: 27 Questions to Shift the Culture of Your Organization" is included in the Vault as we reference parts of the book in the Lab but if you would like the physical book you can purchase here.
You will be in a Cohort with leaders who have 3-5 years of experience. We are a firm believer that everyone has something to teach and something to learn. If at any time you feel that you the cohort is not providing the value or support you are looking for, we can discuss immediately and determine what would be the best fit. We will be launching later in the year a "Leader's ThinkTank" for Leaders with 5-10 years of experience.
All the sessions are recorded and placed inside the Leadership Lab Vault that you will have a secure login and password to. You can listen to past sessions and access other tools in the Vault at any time up to a year of your program start-date. You can also hop on another cohort that month if the time works better.
We will be holding multiple cohorts in parallel so we can explore if a different cohort would be a better fit.
After you register you will get a Welcome Email with expectations of the program and a link to a Pre-Program Form to fill out so we can get to know you and your needs better. Following that will be an on-line Confidentiality agreement to E-sign (that asks you to keep everything shared in the sessions in strict confidence and approves permission to be recorded) and information with logistics of the program.
