Are there any Prerequisite for the Program?
The prerequisites are listed above in this section above. If, however you are outside of any one of the parameters, feel free to schedule a call to discuss (or contact us at +1-720-395-2104 or firstname.lastname@example.org). There are always exceptions to the rule. The E-Book, "Stop Talking Start Asking: 27 Questions to Shift the Culture of Your Organization" is included in the Vault as we reference parts of the book in the Lab but if you would like the physical book you can purchase here.
Will I be in a group with Leaders who have a similar level experience as I?
You will be in a Cohort with leaders who have 3-5 years of experience. We are a firm believer that everyone has something to teach and something to learn. If at any time you feel that you the cohort is not providing the value or support you are looking for, we can discuss immediately and determine what would be the best fit. We will be launching later in the year a "Leader's ThinkTank" for Leaders with 5-10 years of experience.
What if I can't make a session?
All the sessions are recorded and placed inside the Leadership Lab Vault that you will have a secure login and password to. You can listen to past sessions and access other tools in the Vault at any time up to a year of your program start-date. You can also hop on another cohort that month if the time works better.
What if I have a conflict after a few months of the time of the Cohort I'm in?
We will be holding multiple cohorts in parallel so we can explore if a different cohort would be a better fit.
What happens after I register?
After you register you will get a Welcome Email with expectations of the program and a link to a Pre-Program Form to fill out so we can get to know you and your needs better. Following that will be an on-line Confidentiality agreement to E-sign (that asks you to keep everything shared in the sessions in strict confidence and approves permission to be recorded) and information with logistics of the program.
